Once your domain's emails are configured with SpamExperts, email scanning is automatic, but we can configure additional rules depending on the need.

We can make the system block both senders or add them to a white list so that they are never filtered by Spam Experts.

Enter your SpamExperts panel

• You can enter your panel in the following > link
• Locate the 'Incoming (protection settings)' panel

Add domains to whitelists

• Click on "Allowed Senders List"
• Then click on "Add sender to allow list"

• Local part: For the filter to be applied to the entire domain, this section is blank. If it is for a specific user, add their address.
• Sender ID: Select 'Apply to both'
• Address: Write the domain or address to add, if you want to allow access to the entire domain add a '*' before the @ and omit the user.         

 

• Finally click on 'Record' and the record will be added correctly.

• Click on "List of blocked senders"
• Then click on "Block sender"

• Local part: For the filter to be applied to the entire domain, this section is blank. If it is for a specific user, add their address.

• Address: Write the domain or address to add, if you want to allow access to the entire domain add a '*' before the @ and omit the user.

            

• Finally click on 'Record' and the record will be added correctly.
